We provide mediation services in disputes involving complex issues, complicated factual scenarios, and often, high dollar damages. We handle mediations in a wide range of subject matters, including business and contractual disputes, mass tort situations, employment law issues, and other significant matters that would benefit from our experience and attention. Mediation sessions are handled primarily by Deborah Hankinson, who uses her background in the judiciary and in private practice to facilitate mutually agreeable resolutions between or among the parties. In addition, it is our policy to remain available to consult with the mediating parties after the formal session has concluded whenever necessary or desirable.
