• Deborah Hankinson was selected as one of the top 50 Female Texas Super Lawyers in the October 2007 issue of Texas Monthly and in the Texas Super Lawyers magazine October 2007 issue.

• Elana Einhorn was selected as a Texas Super Lawyer in the October 2007 issue of Texas Super Lawyers magazine.

• Rick Thompson has been appointed to serve a three-year term as a member of the Texas Board of Legal Specialization's Civil Appellate Exam Committee.  Elana Einhorn has just completed a three-year term on that Committee.

• Deborah Hankinson discussed Looking Through the Glass Ceiling as a panelist at the Sedgwick Women's Forum in Dallas, TX on November 12, 2007.

• Deborah Hankinson discussed State Justice Communities: Checking in with Four States as a panelist at the National Legal Aid & Defender Association Annual Conference in Tucson, AZ on November 9, 2007.

• Deborah Hankinson participated in A Candid Conversation Between Appellate Judges and Lawyers:  What You Always Wanted to Know but Were Afraid to Ask as a panelist at The Appellate Sections of the State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association and Tarrant County Bar Association seminar in Dallas, TX on November 6, 2007.
